It was created to help out anyone and everyone who is needing help with Real Estate that is also able and willing to sign up for real estate services. Since every person is different, our NeedHelpWithRealEstate formula offers all perspective Buyer’s & Seller’s the opportunity to overcome their certain obstacles in real estate.

What are the steps needed to move forward?

Call/Text Daniel Ellis or sign up at our NeedHelpWithRealEstate website! Once we have scheduled an appointed time for a phone call interview. At the time of this initial call, we will work with you on a Discovery Session. This Discovery Session is to set the expectations of what services you are looking to achieve in Real Estate. We can work out a time that is suitable for a phone call interview that works for both you and him.

If I decide to move forward buying and/or selling a home, how do we start the process?

As a prospective consumer, you will be asked to sign off on legal Real Estate paperwork stating what you are wishing to achieve with our NeedHelpWithRealEstate website. Our services offered – Need Help with Buying a home – Need Help with Selling a home or both Need Help Selling current home and Buying a new home! Once we have identified a real estate service that you are willing to sign up for. We will ask if you are willing to work exclusively with Daniel Ellis, Principal Broker/Owner, as your Realtor/Broker representative. This will allow him to represent you exclusively as your Realtor/Broker in finding and securing real estate services.

What if I am currently working with a Realtor/Broker on buying a home?
Or what if I want to work with another Realtor/Broker of my choice?

At NeedHelpWithRealEstate, we will work with any other licensed Realtor/Broker that you choose or already have on contract. In this case, you will have the right to sign up on the NeedHelpWithRealEstate website and give us your Realtor/Broker information then. Or have your Realtor/Broker call Daniel Ellis directly so we can start the process of your Discovery Session.  At this point, we all will need to sign a Realtor Referral Fee Agreement which will allow me to work with you and your Realtor/Broker of choice as a team.

NeedHelpWithRealEstate has only one goal:  To Reach Your Goal!

Once we have signed legal Real Estate paperwork in hand, we will start the discovery process to ascertain your criteria and qualifications of Real Estate. In the process of determining this information, even if we cannot find a home for you on the current MLS listings, we may be able to find a home that fits all of your criteria and qualifications that may not otherwise be available on the open market. We may be able to offer you an alternate approach to find a home where you are not competing against other buyers.  Once we find the right home, you will then determine if this is the right home for you!
