Daniel was recommended by a friend and I knew very little about buying a house, etc.  I was constantly amazed by Daniel’s knowledge and his continual attention and help. For instance, he noticed that the heating system was fairly new and had a long warranty on it. Suggested that the seller sign it over to me. Things like that I would never know to do. My wife and I were first time home buyers and we heard from very trustworthy friends that Daniel was an excellent broker to deal with. Right from the get go Daniel made sure we felt comfortable and set clear recommendations for us.
